There is a 14 day mandated cool-off period in which can request a refund. By registering and agreeing to the terms of service you’re also agreeing to lose this right of withdrawal from the contest once you downloaded the contest material.

However, beyond this we still offer you a 5 day period after registering, to request a refund and withdraw from the competition if you are not happy with the contest material and don’t think you can work with it.
